_ The computer-aided formability analysis introduces the virtual engineering concept to the die construction.
Every body part passes through the complete pre-study of formability, which consists of two steps. The first study is carried out during the detailed part design stage.
Manufacturing engineers are involved in checking formability of sheet metal parts, applying the one-step forming simulation package (Autoform) to the CAD model. The result of the study is then reported back to part designers to find ways to solve formability problems.

_ When the part design is completed and the die layout starts, the detailed analysis is again performed using the incremental forming simulation software (Pam-stamp).
Engineers from process planning, die design, machining, and tryout section meet together to find the optimal conditions for formability.
Once the tryout panel is obtained, the simulation output is carefully reviewed compared with the real one, and the results are collected in our knowledge base to be used in the future.

_ The development and application of the new manufacturing technology is our goal today.
To manufacture a high-strength, light-weight automobile body, several development programs have been completed.

The flow analysis for a plastic injection mold is another well-established process in the center.
