instrument panels. They are produced for worldwide carmakers
as well as for domestic customers.
Every product is pre-studied using the mold-flow simulation
and designed by a 3D solid model, applying the new technology
like the hidden parting method and gas injection technique.
Everyday efforts are made to produce high quality, low-cost
molds and our true ability comes from our skilled engineers
who are enthusiastic for developing and applying new technology.

digital engineering process is well established in the
production of the plastic injection molds.
Our superb capability on the flow and formability analysis
helps us to make productive molds, with which the production
cycle time is reduced, and also, they are cost-effective,
reducing the thickness of parts to save material.
Our major product is the large molds for
producing automotive plastic components. We have special
high-speed CNC machines and electro-discharge machines
to handle the size.
The tryout is performed inside the shop with our own
injection molding machine so as to eliminate problems
that may occur during the home line tryout. Our unique
machining process that joins individual processes
into an integrated one enables us to construct large
molds in a very short time.
