We have implemented the newest technologies in die manufacturing, which include a sheet metal forming simulation, 3D solid die design, and high speed machining.

These technologies help us to make dies of high quality, with lower costs, and most importantly, in a short time. Recently, we accomplished a challenging project successfully, in which the stamping dies for a side outer panel had been constructed in 8.5 months (from design model fix to the dimensional approval). Due to the fast construction, some major panels for the prototype car are stamped with the mass production hard tools in Hyundai. We are now employing the knowledge-based engineering.

We collect all engineering know-how systematically from the initial design study to the final tryout to apply it for our future products, with which we can satisfy the customers' needs in a better way.
