We have the most sophisticated
process in die machining that
includes up to fifteen different
steps from pre-roughing to the
final area cutting.
There are two major strategic
goals in the process. One is the
productivity.
Because the machining process
is planned to make the cutter
remove materials at a constant
rate, the feeding rate of the
machine tool can be maintained
at its highest speed. It also
helps us to perform unattended
machining.
The other is to achieve near-zero
polishing'. In previous days,
the manual fitting process was
often implicated with a large
machining tolerance as well as
the formability problems on the
die surface, and thus it took
a long time for fitting.
The final die surface is now obtained
in its finest level after machining
so that the fitting process focuses
only on the formability stabilization
with minimum polishing. |

of the best in the die manufacturing industry
worldwide. Periodic maintenance and continuous
revision of the equipment enables us to do
quality work. |
